Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Maryland physical therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Experience with restorative therapy programs, ambulation training, transfers, and range-of-motion interventions preferred.Ability to document using electronic medical records required. Experience with common SNF EMRs preferred.Client requires candidates who can work a full clinical caseload in a post-acute/skilled nursing environment. Previous SNF travel experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.Work Days: Monday through Friday.Assignment Length: 14 weeks.Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.Meal Break: 30 minutes.
