Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Recent experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Experience providing restorative and skilled therapy services, including documentation and care planning, preferred.Ability to manage caseloads typical for SNF environments and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.Schedule: 5x8 (indicated work pattern for the assignment).Contract Length: 13 weeks.Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 38.
