Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Greenfield, MA, outpatient setting, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.Experience using Raintree EMR preferred.Must submit screening questions and resume prior to start.Completion of three HealthStream modules required for new travelers prior to assignment. Agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked. (Procedure requirement, not a guarantee.) Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.Work Days: Monday through Friday.Typical Productivity: 55–63 patients per week; treatments typically scheduled two per hour and evaluations one hour.Schedule Flexibility: Clinic is open to 4x10s, 5x8s, or 4x9s plus 4 hours on Friday.EMR: Raintree.Duration: 13- to 26-week assignment.Meal Break: 30 minutes.
