Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Ability to manage caseloads typical of SNF environments, including post-acute care, transfers, gait training, and ADL-focused therapy.Demonstrated proficiency with documentation for SNF care, including Medicare and MDS-focused requirements preferred.
