Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA required.Active California SLP license required to start the assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.
