Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA required.Active California SLP license required to start the assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Day Shift.Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.Position Status: Full time, speech therapy coverage for a skilled nursing setting. The region includes close access to regional parks such as Almaden Quicksilver County Park and Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve, both within a 30–45 minute drive for hiking and mountain biking. Public transit options include VTA light rail and Caltrain for commuter access to neighboring cities and major tech employment centers. The area is suited for urban and suburban lifestyles with cultural events, dining districts such as Santana Row, and proximity to outdoor adventure.
