Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.Active California state license or ability to obtain prior to start of assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Minimum one year of Speech-Language Pathologist experience, including home health or outpatient settings preferred. (Client-specific requirement.)Experience conducting evaluations and documenting OASIS or equivalent home health outcome measures preferred. (Client-specific preference.) Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health.Shift Name: Days.Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Schedule can be flexible based on patient availability.Shift Pattern: 5x8 as indicated by client shift details.Territory: Alameda County coverage; candidate should be able to travel within assigned county for patient visits.
