Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Current state licensure in Arizona required to start the assignment.Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or documented acceptance into Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).BLS certification required.Experience providing screening, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.Ability to perform documentation and treatment according to professional and regulatory standards, and to use common clinical software applications.Ability to lift and assist patients as needed and to work in a typical direct patient care environment.Employees working for Banner Home Care/Hospice or Boswell Skilled Nursing Facility must possess and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at time of hire. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Hours: 06:30–19:00.Duration: 13 Week travel assignment.May be required to work a varied work schedule as directed by the client, including potential coverage across hospital units.
