Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Arizona Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the assignment start.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Minimum experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and using standard outpatient equipment such as therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise progression.Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule during daytime hours.Candidates must be able to pass required background checks and credential verifications.Preferred: previous travel therapy experience and proficiency with electronic medical record systems used in outpatient clinics.
