As a family-owned, family-run company, we’ve grown to 29 dealerships representing 26 brands across Minnesota, Kansas, and Illinois.    We lead with innovation, technology, and a promise to deliver an exceptional experience every time.  And your work here matters: a portion of every vehicle sold and serviced supports the Walser Foundation, investing in schools, nonprofits, and workforce programs in our communities.  At Walser, success starts with people. Join us to build a career where you can grow, belong, and make a real impact.   Compensation: On Target Earnings (OTE) of $75,000+ with potential for $100,000+   Lead by example: This is not an administrative role, this is hands on, working with customers and the sales team at the dealership.  This will include following up with leads, setting appointments with and for the team, ensuring strong appointment confirmation and show %’s.  Developing and executing best practices to sell more cars and increase gross profit from existing lead sources and lead volume. Lead and execute the dealership’s digital sales performance strategy: Drive improvements in lead conversion, appointment set/show rates, and overall digital closing performance Own the service-to-sales process and opportunity pipeline: Implement, monitor, and continuously refine service drive and equity mining processes to generate incremental sales opportunities Manage CRM and data strategy execution: Oversee DriveCentric and AutoAlert performance including business rules, lead routing, campaign execution, and user adoption Drive accountability through daily performance management: Monitor real-time lead activity, response times, and engagement to ensure timely and effective follow-up by the sales team Partner with dealership leadership to improve team performance: Work directly with General Managers and Sales Managers to identify performance gaps and implement action plans for Customer Specialists Coach and develop Customer Specialists on digital best practices: Provide daily, weekly, and 1:1 coaching focused on lead handling, communication, and appointment setting effectiveness Execute targeted marketing and database initiatives: Manage equity mining, unsold follow-up, and customer re-engagement campaigns to drive incremental traffic and sales Own reporting and performance insights: Track and communicate key performance metrics including lead response time, engagement, appointment rates, and closing percentages Ensure process consistency and execution: Establish and reinforce best practices for digital lead handling and CRM usage across the dealership Drive continuous improvement and innovation: Adapt strategies based on performance trends, new technologies, and evolving customer behavior Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded What You Bring: Proven success in a sales, digital performance, or CRM-driven role Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and develop team members Experience managing or working within CRM and data mining platforms Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and sales teams Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What’s In It For You?  Paid Time Off (PTO) – Take time to relax, spend with family, or enjoy personal time away  Career Growth & Opportunity for Advancement We promote from within and provide clear career paths, mentorship, and opportunities to develop and grow your career.  Fertility & Adoption Assistance: Receive up to $10,000 in financial assistance for fertility treatments and adoption expenses.  Comprehensive Health Benefits: Enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to HSA and FSA plans to help manage healthcare costs.
