Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient orthopedics or general outpatient settings preferred.Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans preferred.Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.Ability to supervise and provide direction to therapy assistants, students, or support staff preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.Duration: 13 week assignment.Patient Evaluation/Treatment Expectation: 60-minute evaluations plus treatment sessions.Clinical Focus: Outpatient physical therapy evaluations, plan of care development, and functional treatment programs to support return to community activities.
