Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join the Healthcare+ team at Rogers Behavioral Health in Oconomowoc, WI. This position involves frequent driving between buildings and locations. In this role, you will work alongside food service leadership to support daily food service and outbuilding operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality meals in a healthcare environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated food service professional who enjoys leading teams, staying organized, and making a positive impact on patients, staff, and visitors. Job ResponsibilitiesDrive regularly between on?site and off?site buildings to support food service and operational needsProduce and maintain employee work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes as neededDirect daily food service operations and activitiesEnsure food production meets safety, quality, and departmental standardsEnsure food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard?free mannerMaintain serving schedules and ensure meals are served according to menu specifications in a safe and appropriate mannerMaintain a sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes and regulationsMaintain accurate weekly food and supply inventoriesPrepare and place orders as needed to support accurate productionSupervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamworkMaintain a safe and hazard?free working environmentTrain and mentor food service team membersMaintain logs for equipment maintenance and repairsEnsure all food safety and temperature logs are completed and corrective actions are taken as requiredComplete preventative maintenance checklistsRecommend replacement or upgrades of equipment to meet facility needsDemonstrate strong multitasking skills in a fast?paced environmentPerform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or ManagerFill in for absent employees as operationally necessaryMaintain awareness of daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and deliveryWork occasional evenings, nights, or weekends to support catered eventsAttend food service meetings and communicate regularly with staff and leadershipMaintain effective communication via email, phone, and other internal channelsPerform cashier duties as neededPromote positive customer service and public relationsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
