Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program (required).Current State License as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky or ability to obtain prior to start (required).Proof of current CPR certification (required).Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance (required).1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting (required).Previous home health experience (preferred).Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling as required for in-home care (required).Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally (required).Demonstrated knowledge of durable medical equipment and ability to order/adapt equipment for home environments (required).Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English (required).
