Together, there’s no stopping you!Job Title:Facilities ManagerJob Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide facilities and purchasing support to assigned branches and locations, and other locations as neededEnsure facilities are well maintained to support bank operationsPerform preventative maintenance and repair requests, as neededManage company furniture and equipment assetsMaintain seating charts and floor plansSupport new hires, transfers and terminationsSchedule, plan and oversee vendor work for satisfactory and timely completionEnsure safety and compliance with all regulations, including banking, building and othersEnsure company facilities are stocked with sufficient supplies to meet organizational needsMaintain repair logs for facilitiesMonitor and manage leases, vendors and other important contractual obligationsReview, approve and process vendor invoices for paymentEnsure timely and accurate handling of all inspections to include equipment, fire and securityManage and maintain building access and alarm credentialsSupport project work as directed by AVP, Facilities ManagerTravel to all company locations using personal vehicle, commercial air, and other means as necessary to perform duties.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the skills necessary to deal tactfully and professionally with employees, senior management and vendorsEffective time management and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Strong organizational skills, ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailSelf-motivation and effective project management skillsAbility to make administrative and procedural decisions with sound business discretion, good judgement, and problem solving skills.Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelinesExcellent customer service skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalismAbility to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures and building regulationsAbility to climb a ladderAbility to lift objects up to 50 poundsBilingual in Spanish and English helpful.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma and one or more of the following:5+ years property management experience, or,College degree with Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Business background, or,5+ years branch management banking experience, or,5+ years office management experience5+ years of other, related experience.Additional building systems and alarm systems management experience a plusKnowledge of building codes and ordinances a plusComputer and Software Skills:Must be skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience in other relevant software is a plus, but not required.Adobe AcrobatGoogle SuiteSalesforceDrafting & modeling softwareOthersCertificates, Licenses and Registrations:Valid driver’s license.
