Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Arizona State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred.Ability to perform typical skilled nursing facility documentation and electronic medical record charting.Must be able to provide proof of clinical experience in mobility, transfers, gait training, and ADL retraining.
