Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Pennsylvania state PT license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. (Client-specific requirement.)Experience providing care in home health settings or community-based care preferred.Experience managing caseloads that cover multiple zip codes and travel between patient homes preferred.Ability to travel within Lancaster County service area and maintain reliable transportation. (Client-specific requirement.) Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital-affiliated home health.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift.Assignment Duration: 13 week travel assignment.Service Area: Covers Lancaster County; clinician must be prepared to travel throughout the county and serve multiple patient residences.
