Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 5 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 5, you will be part of the support team dedicated to assisting senior leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 5 Location:Redmond, WA (On-site required; candidates must be local to Redmond and able to come onsite once a quarter) Pay Range: What's the Job? Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel coordination Conduct research, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions efficiently Prepare agendas and organize meetings, including logistics and documentation Review and approve invoices, reports, and other corporate documents Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with travel management and calendar coordination, preferably in a global setting Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills What's in it for me?
