Entity: Customers & ProductsJob Family Group: Business Support GroupJob Description: As a Commercial Readiness Integrator, you’ll play a key role in making sure bp pulse’s new charging sites and commercial offers are ready to launch and operate efficiently. Working as part of Network Optimisation in the bp pulse Commercial Team, you’ll help set up the processes that enable us to run our network profitably, support financial and operational readiness, and drive risk management. This role bridges commercial process build, offer development, and location readiness, working cross-functionally to deliver seamless, scalable, and customer centric solutions.Key Accountabilities:Support Commercial Launches: Help coordinate the activities needed to bring new locations and offers to market, making sure all commercial, legal, and technical requirements are in place before launch. This specifically includes Location Management, making sure our customers can find the sites.Enable Financial Processes: Set up and support financial payment processes. This includes supporting the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process, creating purchase orders (POs), and ensuring payments can be made and received efficiently.Process Mapping & Improvement: Design, document, and optimise end-to-end commercial processes for new offers, locations, and business models. Map requirements, identify gaps, and ensure readiness for launch.Business Analysis: Capture and review site and network performance data to spot bottlenecks or issues and help develop business cases.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with colleagues in operations, real estate, finance, legal, and technology to make sure everyone is aligned and ready for new launches.Commercial Readiness Tracking: Coordinate activities required to bring new locations and offers to market, including operational handover with O&M/Asset Management. Ensure all commercial, legal, and technical requirements are met before release. Maintain checklists, KPIs, and dashboards to track progress and keep everyone informed about readiness status.Standardisation and Change Management: Help with training, documentation, and early-life support for new processes and offers, making sure transitions are smooth. Work with regional teams to help standardise commercial readiness processes and share guidelines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics or related field.Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Curiosity about commercial operations, business analysis, and process improvementComfortable working with data and analysis • Strong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn about financial processes (P2P, PO creation, payments)Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of tasksCuriosity about risk management and process optimisationCuriosity about energy, mobility, convenience, fuels, or related sectors is preferredHow much do we pay? The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $101,000 *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. This position is eligible for Core U.S. Benefits. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees. You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
