Requirements Manager

Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a Requirements Manager to support modernization efforts. This position will be located in Hampton, VA on Joint Base Langley-Eustis and will be a fully onsite position. Responsibilities: We are seeking a Requirements Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision, ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable, and well-managed requirements. This position is located at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the requirements lifecycle; elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validationWork closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect true business needs, and strategic objectivesTranslate high-level concepts into detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirementsMaintain a robust requirements management framework, including traceability matrices, baselines, and version controlFacilitate workshops, interviews and collaborative sessions to gather requirementsCollaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarityIdentify gaps, dependencies, risks and impacts associated with requirement changesSupport the development of user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteriaEnsure requirements adhere to regulatory compliance, and organizational standardsServe as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project timeline Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and ExperienceClearance: TS/SCI DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND, )Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirementsFamiliarity with agile and waterfall methodologiesProficiency with requirements management toolsPreferred Skills and Experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines Experience with DOD Networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS) Posted Salary Range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
