Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Valid, unrestricted Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.Ability to perform thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care in electronic medical records.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.New graduates welcome; clinical experience with geriatric populations or LTC preferred.
