Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.Client requirement: experience providing Physical Therapy services in post-acute or long-term care populations is preferred.Client preference: ability to manage a caseload that includes balance, gait training, transfers, and restorative nursing programs.Current CPR certification preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.Work Days: Sunday through Saturday availability indicated; schedule follows client staffing needs.Assignment Length: 13-week contract.Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
