Responsibilities: Secure new commercial customers through face‑to‑face meetings and on‑site visitsBuild long‑term relationships through consultative, relationship‑based selling and account managementPromote and sell commercial electrical services, including installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshootingConduct regular follow‑ups with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat businessMeet directly with business owners, facility managers, property managers, and operations leaders to understand electrical needsGenerate new sales leads through cold visits, networking, referrals, and existing customer relationshipsMaintain frequent contact with current accounts to ensure service quality and identify new opportunitiesPrepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements to commercial clientsTrack and submit activity reports as required and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goalsMaintain organized records of prospects, open proposals, and follow‑up activitiesCoordinate with operations and project teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceededTrack daily activity, prospect status, follow‑ups, and pipeline progress using Google prospect tracking tools Qualifications: Commercial sales experienceStrong sales skills with a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and a hunter mentalityStrong networking abilities and cold calling experienceOutstanding verbal and written communication and organization skillsSelf-motivated, able to work with minimal supervisionBasic computer knowledge in Microsoft applications.Service industry experience is a plusValid driver's license and good driving record are required Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
