This is a highly visible, on‑site leadership role within a professional, weekday‑only environment—ideal for an experienced food service leader who enjoys ownership, client partnership, and team development. About the OperationThe Charlotte Federal Reserve location features a streamlined, high‑quality food program designed to serve employees and special events:One Café with 3 stationsBreakfast and Lunch service only (Monday–Friday)Catering operations, including daily business catering and special events Incentives: Predominately a M-F schedule with occassional evenings and weekends What You'll Do: As the #1 on‑site leader, you will have full responsibility for the success of the operation—overseeing people, performance, and the client experience. Operational & Financial LeadershipLead day‑to‑day café and catering operations with a focus on quality, service, and efficiencyManage the budget, forecasting, and financial performance of the accountEnsure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, and client expectationsClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for the Federal Reserve Bank of CharlotteBuild and maintain strong, trusted client relationshipsProactively identify opportunities to enhance service, programs, and overall satisfactionTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of 1 salaried managers and 4 hourly employeesFoster a positive, engaged, and accountable team cultureSupport talent development, performance management, and succession planning What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
