This Registered Nurse will be responsible for:Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unitProviding care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoringWorking collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert careWorking 32 hours per week, rotating days/nights and every third weekendTo qualify, you must have:A Bachelor’s Degree in NursingA minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience requiredPediatric experience preferredPALS or ACLS preferredThe posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
