Advanced Residential Instructor (ARI) | Grandview - Lodge | Full Time 2nd Shift (40 Hours) Make a real impact—help someone build independence while building a career, you’re proud of. The Advanced Residential Instructor (ARI) is a key member of the Hope Network team, providing direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within our residential programs. ARIs help individuals build daily living and independent living skills, encourage personal growth, model positive behaviors, and support residents in reaching their highest level of independence and community integration. What You’ll Do Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications Support community outings, transportation, and activities Build positive relationships and encourage independence Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment What We’re Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and ability to build trust Adaptable, patient, and resilient Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences What You Bring Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Required: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
