Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Outpatient clinic experience required. Candidate must have prior Outpatient Physical Therapy experience.Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and provide treatment sessions consistent with outpatient practice.No new graduates. Minimum prior clinical experience required.Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, document care including goal writing and letters of medical necessity, and perform charge entry per clinic policy.Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities.Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and regulatory requirements. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient.Duration: 13 Week assignment with potential extension up to 26 Weeks.Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.Patient Care Model: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions typical for outpatient practice.
