Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.Experience performing 60-minute initial evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions preferred.Demonstrated competence in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services.Professional conduct in accordance with state practice act and maintenance of required continuing education.
