Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California PT license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred.Familiarity with Net Health and PCC EMR systems preferred.Ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 85% productivity target; exact expectations may vary by experience).New graduates welcome. Previous experience covering leaves or short-term assignments is preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (86-bed).Shift: Days.In-house therapy team with cohesive interdisciplinary collaboration.Assignment purpose: coverage for paternity leave; target coverage approximately 12 weeks with ideal start late September or early October.Candidate may be asked to sub or float among post-acute care locations as needed.
