Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including evaluation and 60-minute initial evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions.Experience with documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, delegate tasks to therapy assistants or aides, and supervise students as needed preferred.Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adherence to state Practice Act and facility policies required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, 8-hour shifts).Duration: 13-week assignment.Patient care model: 60-minute initial evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions as standard.
