Physical Therapist - Full Time/Part Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with a non-profit outpatient retirement and life community in Vero Beach, FL. You will help residents move better, feel better, and stay active—supporting independent living and assisted living populations with occasional float to skilled care. Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and ability to build rapport with residentsFacility and Role DetailsFacility type: Non-profit outpatient retirement / life community with two clinic locations in the regionOpportunity to treat in-home appointments on campus when applicable; minimal travel between appointments.No mandated group treatment. Option to provide concurrent or group treatments if clinician prefers.Specialized on-site training provided during paid work hours. Some training eligible for CEUs.New graduates are eligible and will receive training and mentorship.Compensation & IncentivesFull-time salary range noted for reference: compensation varies by experience and skill level.Part-time hourly rates vary by experience and skill level.$2,000 sign-on bonus. 50% paid at six months and 50% paid at one year.Open to relocation candidates.
