Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 to support Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX! This HR Manager will own the full HR lifecycle for frontline teams, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, development, and compliance. The role leads high‑impact HR initiatives, manages complex projects, and delivers hands-on support in a multi-site environment. What You'll Do: recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systemsutilize knowledge of state and federal HR laws, maintain active and terminated employee filescoordinate and conduct required monthly trainingunderstand and respect sensitive and confidential informationcomplete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
