HR Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Operations Specialist to join their team. As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of the HR Operations department supporting global HR processes and employee lifecycle management.  Job Title: HR Operations Specialist Location: 29427 Louis Chevrolet Rd, Warren, MI 48093 (Cole Engineering Center) Pay Range: $36 per hour What's the Job? Execute high-volume employee lifecycle transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves, and relocations with accuracy and compliance. Manage offboarding logistics, including documentation, system processing, equipment coordination, and employee communications. Serve as the primary point of contact for Leave of Absence transactions and HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed. Coordinate global HR operational activities, including immigration, relocation support, and country-specific requirements. Support performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning processes by preparing documentation and tracking actions. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or related HR support roles. Strong experience executing HR transactions in Workday or similar HR systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy. Experience supporting global or multi-country HR processes with a collaborative mindset. What's in it for me?
