Our client, a leading organization in enterprise data management, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Governance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Enterprise Data Governance Project Manager Location: Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range:$35 to $40 p/h on W-2 What's the Job? Lead the formation and execution of enterprise data governance initiatives across multiple business domains. Establish and oversee a structured governance model for customer, product, and commercial data standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align data standards with business needs. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Oversee system updates and integrations across SAP, Salesforce, and related platforms, ensuring operational continuity and data consistency. What's Needed? Proven experience in program leadership and project management within data governance or enterprise systems. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into effective governance strategies. Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and executive reporting. Experience coordinating system updates and managing cross-system data consistency. Knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMP fundamentals, and experience managing budgets and risks. What's in it for me?
