$23.56/hr Field Supervisor Part-Time Weekends Madison AreaObjectives:Supervise teams of security officers at multiple locationsTravel between locations to check on security officers and sitesEnsure security officer coverage at job sites and officer compliance based on company and client policiesfacilitate communication and support with Per Mar clients and Per Mar managementProvide immediate support to Per Mar clients due to emergency incidentsPer Mar provides a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.Responsibilities:Provide support for security officers during shiftAssist with the training of new security officers and with ongoing training for existing officers, per site location specificsConduct client property checks and respond to and investigate commercial building alarms at Per Mar client facilities in the greater Madison areaCollaborate with clients and Per Mar staff to ensure operational successCommunicate with clients and Per Mar Operational Managers regarding incidents and security officer coverageProvide security in situations where coverage is not availablePreferred Qualifications:Skilled with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systemsMust have at least 2 years of previous security experienceAbility to write clear and concise activity and incident reportsPrevious law enforcement or military serviceProactive, engaged, and hands-on attitudeMust have a driver's licenseMust have a Wisconsin Security License.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer / Veterans / DisabledWork with the best!
