These expenses are pre-approved and reimbursed in full through the company’s expense reimbursement process.Ability to read and execute planogramsStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyFlexible availability, including weekends and overnightsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseSkilled with hand and power tools; must have a cordless drillProficient using levels, measuring devices, email, and retail systemsAbility to obtain power‑lift/equipment certification within 30 daysMerchandising ExecutionSet product to planogramsBuild and install POP, endcaps, and visual displaysMaintain shelves, refresh signage, and complete product auditsSupport retail staff and secure required store sign‑offsTechnical Installation & MaintenanceInstall and troubleshoot interactive displays, kiosks, AV, and security devicesPerform light construction and fixture setupDocument work through photos/videosLead small teams during complex installs and resetsResolve on‑site challenges efficientlyCommunication and ReportingMaintain regular communication with the District ManagerSubmit same‑day reporting and feedback to clients/teamsProcess expenses in accordance with company policyWorking Environment & Physical RequirementsRetail store settingsHome office with reliable high‑speed internetTravel by vehicle and/or plane as neededUse of computer, phone, and standard office equipmentAbility to sit or stand for up to 4 hoursLift up to 50 lbs as neededClimb ladders (10’+)ActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
