Speech Language Pathologist (Bilingual and Monolingual) Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour Location: Naperville, Illinois Onsite Position Summary We are partnering with a far west suburban Illinois school program to hire full-time Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. Openings include both Bilingual (Spanish-English) and Monolingual SLP positions supporting students across the district. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct and consultative speech and language services in a collaborative, student-centered educational environment. Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs with strong school-based experience will also be considered. Responsibilities • Schedule / Shift Shift details: Monday–Friday following school calendar and building schedule Hours per week: 35 hours Contract length: 2026–2027 school year • Key Duties: Provide speech and language screenings, assessments, treatment, and progress reporting for students Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational standards Plan, attend, and present at IEP meetings and student conferences in collaboration with school staff Support district-wide student needs as part of a collaborative therapy team Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by school administration Requirements • Education Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field • Licenses & Certifications Required: Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language Endorsement Required: Illinois State License through IDFPR Required for Bilingual positions: Spanish-English bilingual proficiency Preferred: Prior school-based experience Skills: Ability to work collaboratively within a student-centered educational environment Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Knowledge of IEP development and school-based therapy services Ability to manage caseloads and support diverse student populations Benefits Full-time employees eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage Long-term and short-term disability, life insurance, and 401(k) available Flexible Spending Accounts and Child Care Spending Accounts offered Paid time off and sick time accrued Virtual healthcare assistance available Some benefits available for part-time employees Up to $500 continuing education/materials reimbursement for full-time employees About Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
