Very well-established practice and experienced team of Family, Internal Medicine and Pediatric physicians and Nurse Practitioners Full Time position open for Family Medicine Physician, BCBE, MDDO Practice hours are 8a-5p M-F 36 clinical hours, 4 hours of admin time weekly Call is 3 days per month - shared in rotation all providers, No Rx on call No Hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient practice Telehealth and e-visits in addition to in-person care Average 18 - 25 patients per day after 2 year ramp-up period EPIC EMR We see all ages - Peds through Geriatric - 30% Peds, 70% adultgeriatric POC Testing, X-Ray and Lab in practice Basic in-office procedures - joint injections, women's health Dedicated 1:1 CMALPN support Diabetic Education provided by PharmD 3 days per week LCSW and Integrated Behavioral Specialist in practice 6 MD's and 1 NP in practice - adding 2 physicians Start date will be 120 days after having signed offer.
