HIRING GENERAL ONCOLOGISTS A new state-of-the-art hospital just outside of Columbus that is partnered with the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC) - The James is seeking a community-based hematologist oncologist. This opportunity includes building a medical oncology practice from the ground up with support from OSUCCC - The James to develop the practice model that meets your needs. Employment is through the affiliated OSUP Community Outreach LLC. This is a unique position for a BCBE physician looking for a flexible hematologyoncology position. Join a network of community oncologists affiliated with an NCI Designated Cancer Center. Enjoy all the conveniences of living in the 14th largest city, Columbus, in the U.S. that this city offers while having the luxury of that small community-based practice feel just outside the city! Highlights of this position include: Community environment but with the resources of an academic medical center Flexible opportunities:Potential for community-focused vs hybrid academic & community positions available Option to rotate between community sites or practice at a single site. Both rural locations outside of Central Ohio as well as metropolitan locations available. Potential to work directly with hematologyoncology trainees, if desired Weekly patient and call schedules vary by location.
