Position Highlights: Academic rank and compensation commensurate with experience: Assistant Professor: $200,000 - $225,000 Associate Professor: $244,000 - $275,000 Professor: $300,000 - $345,000 Call Schedule: Home call only with very infrequent in-person requirements On call approximately 25% of the time Nurse-triaged answering service Fellows take first call during clinical rotations Weekly Schedule: 9 half-days of outpatient clinical care and bedsideclinic teaching 1 half-day of administrative time (adjusted for leadership duties such as Program Director or Medical Director) Patient Volume: 7-10 patients per half-day clinic Practice Locations: Covenant Children's Hospital 4101 22nd Pl, Suite 300 Lubbock, TX 79410 UMC Health System 602 Indiana Avenue Lubbock, TX 79415 Why Lubbock?
