The Opportunity Were looking for a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider to join our Fracture Care Clinic, supporting our orthopedic surgery team. This is a specialized role perfect for an APP with experience in fracture carewhether youve assisted in the OR or managed injuries non-surgically in clinic. As part of a collaborative team, youll be: Managing acute fracture cases and musculoskeletal injuries Conducting evaluations, ordering imaging, and developing treatment plans Coordinating care with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and referring providers Educating patients and families on injury management and recovery expectations What You Bring Active PA-C or APRN license in Florida (or eligibility) Robust MSK experienceorthopedic, fracture care, or sports medicine Comfort with clinical autonomy and confident decision-making Excellent communication and a teamwork-first mindset Surgical assist experience is a plus, but not required Why AdventHealth Palm Coast?
