Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute (MTMHI) is seeking a Board-CertifiedBoard-Eligible Psychiatrist to provide high-quality psychiatric care in a hospital setting. MTMHI serves 17 counties and offers comprehensive psychiatric services, including short-term and long-term care, forensic services, and therapeutic treatment programs. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat individuals with complex psychiatric and addiction disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including court-ordered pre-trial assessments. Provide leadership in policy, system, and environmental change strategies. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and community stakeholders.
