In this role, you will lead the store in the absence of the manager. This is a progressive career path opportunity with potential to grow into a store leadership role. Our retail store locations are the first point of contact for our customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, your role will include inventory management, daily cash deposits, and managing store operations.Assistant Store Manager Main Responsibilities:í¢â‚¬¢ Open and close the retail branch.í¢â‚¬¢ Advise and serve customers, including assessing their needs, proposing solutions, tinting, mixing and matching paint products.í¢â‚¬¢ Work in a retail environment, ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked.í¢â‚¬¢ Lift, move, and store products according to safety guidelines.í¢â‚¬¢ Lead employees in the manager's absence.Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:í¢â‚¬¢ A high school diploma.
