Join us and you'll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.Position Summary:The Associate Coordinator - Project Management Support position supports a team responsible for the safe delivery of power generation solutions to the end user in the Americas. This position is directed and supervised by the Sr. Manager - Project Execution or its representative. Primary focus is assisting Project Managers in project delivery, including following up on schedules and tasks, Project Reporting, Management updates, and keeping other tracking sheets up to date. The associate is also responsible for tracking customer project target deliverables such as timelines, RACI / Responsibility charts, quality, and performance.Key Accountabilities:Support the Project Managers from order to close out: To ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, deliverables, quality, and costs in a safe environment Support project expectations with internal customers, effectively communicate expectations concisely.Prepare and deliver project reports (schedule, cost vs. budget, risks, tasks, etc.) to Project Management Develop and improve project execution processes in coordination with Project ManagementWork with Sales and Project System Engineering to capture new product ideas and conceptsEnsure accuracy of project reporting documentsSupport project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle, with the ability work across multiple departments. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.Promote a safety culture within customer projectsPerform special projects as requiredBasic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of experience in customer project execution.Preferred Qualifications:Strong customer interaction and customer centric mindsetSafety oriented mindsetSelf-organized and drivenProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and MS ProjectExperience with MTU productsBasic knowledge of construction management processesExperience with BIM360 or ProcorBasic knowledge of fuel cells and BESS productsStrong experience in leading multi-functional project teamsStrong leadership and management skillsStrong ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate into technical solutionsExcellent organizational, planning and follow-up skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsA high attention to detailKnowledge of RICEKnowledge of electrical principles like AC and DCRolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
