This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere with clear guidance and support to ensure your success.Standard Work Hours:- 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PMCompensation:- Hourly Rate: $ to $ , based on experience and qualifications- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiringOur competitive compensation package highlights the crucial role and responsibilities of this position within our organization.Key Responsibilities:- Design and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits, PLC, and electronic circuits for machine and equipment control.- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits to ensure optimal performance.- Install electrical and electronic controls on machinery by interpreting schematics or blueprints.- Knowledgeable in electrical power and water distribution systems.- Conduct basic mechanical repairs and perform tasks from lower classification roles.- Guide and direct the work of individuals in lower classifications as necessary.- Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical/mechanical parts, including brushes and armatures.- Install and monitor the performance of electrical equipment for potential hazards, necessary adjustments, or replacements.- Interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions for accurate implementation.- Execute layouts, assemblies, installations, testing, repairs, and adjustments of electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services, including panels, breakers, and conduit.- Precision in mounting motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures, completing circuits according to diagrams.Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional adept in both electrical and mechanical domains, capable of addressing complex technical issues effectively and safely.
