Installation Assistant

This position combines the functions of general labor following developed processes with the ability to provide excellent customer service.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.Some of the duties for this position are to load and unload trucks daily, remove and reset furniture, clean the subfloor before installation, and assist with installing new flooring.Training will be provided to meet the guidelines for becoming a certified flooring installer.Great people skills are required, but a desire to learn the installation process is equally important.We are looking for self-motivated people who are willing to provide an excellent customer service experience.This position is a stepping stone to becoming a certified flooring installer.A master installer will train you through an apprentice program.Certification can be achieved after the training program.The time of training will vary based on an individual's ability to master the required skills.
