(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.ResponsibilitiesInvolved in all aspects of the architectural practice with an emphasis on the implementation of the firmwide goals including design and technical support on multiple projectsFiscal oversight including budgeting, revenue management and monitoring the profitability of projects. Develops scopes of work and fees for architectural and engineering servicesWorks with Financial Manager to facilitate monthly reportingResponsible for the administration of contract terms and conditions, project set up, staffing, scheduling, project delivery as well as coordinating with engineering disciplines and consultantsDirect client interaction: Nurtures existing and develops new relationships. Serves as the liaison between Architect and Client.  Maintains day-to-day communication with client's team, including any consultants hired directly by the client. Understands and ensures that the Client's objectives and expectations for the project are realizedAssists in the preparation of marketing proposals and participates in presentationsCollaborates with the other project leaders to develop the design intent and development of the concepts for the project.
