This is position requires travel from various job sites throughout the Midwest.What do you need to start?To be hired as an operator, you must have relevant experience in the operation of excavators, dozers, backhoes, loaders, telehandlers, skidsteers, as much more. This position will require a Class A CDL, but we are willing to work with you on acquiring one if you don't currently have it. Beyond operation, you must be diligent at maintaining all of the company equipment.
