Represent clients in mediation in person and by Zoom as required Communication with clients with timely responses to their various questions is a mustProvide legal counsel and guidance to clients, advocating for their best interests and ensuring fair outcomes.Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or litigation proceedings as necessary.Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Florida Bar Association guidelines.Utilize CMS and track billing accordinglyAdhere to office policies and procedures as outlined in The Handbook Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practiceMember of the Florida Bar AssociationLaw degree from an accredited institutionStrong Microsoft Office skillsResides in South FloridaFamiliar with South Florida Judges and their procedures Ability to work independently Ready to pick up cases and run with them Compassionate Ability to work well with others Zest for growth while maintaining a work/life balance About CompanyAt the Law Offices of E.F.
