This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting our team, and upholding the high standards that make Myer Hospitality a trusted name in Branson lodging.Compensation:$42,000 - $45,000 yearlyResponsibilities:What You'll Do:Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and team performanceLead by example to ensure exceptional guest service across all departmentsSupervise front desk, gift shop, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance operations as neededHelp recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve service and performance goalsMonitor guest feedback and respond to guest issues promptly and professionallySupport budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and inventory managementMaintain brand standards and uphold Myer Hospitality values in every guest and team interactionStep in as acting manager in the General Manager's absenceQualifications:What We're Looking For:Proven leadership experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or a related fieldA moral standard that matches Myer Hospitality's core values of Excellence in what we do, Passion for serving, Teamwork - the ability to say yes, Integrity - doing the right thing, and treating guests, team members, and vendors like FamilyStrong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentPassion for exceptional guest service and team developmentTech-savvy, with experience in hotel property management systems (PMS) preferredWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessaryHigh school diploma required; minimum of Associate's degree (Hospitality Management or related field) also requiredAbout CompanyHave you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Myer Hospitality is a local family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in hospitality.
