September 1, 2025 - ongoing On-call most days, with some days both on-call and in clinic Open shifts for 2025: Sept 1-2, 10-11, 15, 17-22, 24-29 Oct 1-2, 6, 8-13, 29 - Nov 3 Nov 5, 19-24, 26-27 Dec 1, 10-15, 17-18, 22, 29, 31 Clinical Details: Routine GYN exams and procedures: endometrial ablation, IUD insertion/removal, menopausal management, failed medical management, urinary incontinence Call: CNMs take first call; OB/GYN is called in for complications Support Staff: Clinic staffs with OB/GYNs, FM/OBs, and CNMs Small, 25-bed, critical access hospital 120 births per year Requirements: Board Certified Active ME License or Active IMLC Must be willing and able to perform routine required GYN exams and procedures (e.g. endometrial ablation, IUD insertion/removal, Menopausal management, failed medical management, Urinary Incontinence etc.) Strong GYN skills
