The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective communication with potential clients post-initial contact, helping to nurture leads and convert them into customers. This role is essential for maintaining customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall sales process.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase salesUse the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely mannerBuild rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more salesAct as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involvedSchedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both partiesAbility to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologiesKeep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace positionCommunicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involvedWilling to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace positionAttend business meetings and trainings as requiredPerform other administrative tasks and special projects as assignedQualifications:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High School diploma and/or Associate's degreePrevious call center experience in a sales environment is preferredA successful and proven sales history is preferredSelf-motivation and drive requiredProactive and persistent in maintaining contact with potential clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.Customer-focused with a strong desire to provide excellent service.What We Offer:Competitive base salary Commission Structure based on percentage of sales.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.A chance to contribute to the growth and success of the sales team.We look forward to reviewing your application and exploring how you can contribute to our team's success!NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
